What can I do to keep my room cool, other than get a window unit?

I live in a trailer and it gets about 10 degrees hotter inside than it does outside, and I can't even open my window. I put heat control film on the windows, what else can I do?

As stupid as it may sound I have an EXTRA alarm on the other side of the room set 5 minutes ahead of the clock by my bed. The one by my be is soft and fairly pleasant but the other has a sound that makes your teeth hurt. My goal is to get out of bed and turn it off before it goes off.
It happened at work one day when someone, not me, set a small microwave popcorn for popping on the microwave popcorn button. The smoke set off the alarm, everyone had to leave the building and the fire department had to clear the building before we were allowed back in. Short answer: yes.
Yes, if you let it spread and don't open windows. It's best to take the burnt popcorn outside and into garbage to reduce the smell.
