Question:

What can I do to protect my transmission?

I know about changing transmission filter every 15000-30000 miles is there any thing eals I can do to protect my transmission

Answer:

depends if you are given the option, invisalign are less noticeable but ceramic are used for more severe cases ask your orthodontist
You can add a transmission cooler. Heat is the #1 killer of transmissions so a cooler will definitely help.gl
Replace ATF/MTF + filter Only shift after you come to a FULL stop. I cannot street enough seeing people backing out of a parking then shifting into drive while the car still has backwards momentum. Doing so will cause months of wear and tear on your tranny within seconds.
heat is the worse thing on a transmission ! as long as you can keep the engine from overheating too much then the fluid won,t burn ! fluid runs through the radiator to help keep it cool and when the radiator overheats then it can burn the fluid ! get yourself a transmission cooler so that way the fluid will run through it instead of the radiator !
