what can i use in place of Ball bearings?

i want something which is more free moveable or provide less friction then Ball bearings.thank you.

It might help some if we knew what your project was so we could help find a suitable replacement. What size are the ball bearings and how strong do they have to be? Maybe you could find some type of lubricant that has a longer life to assist the ball bearings in free rolling.
