Question:

what causes knocking from car tires when parked?

I have a 1999 Oldsmobile Intrigue . I have a SMALL knock from my driver tire when i turn my wheel. even in park. I can turn the wheel all the way but it still only knocks when i first turn it the rest of the way i have know noise till i turn it back in the other direction. Anyone got any ideas?

Answer:

I think some suspension parts are in due for replacing. Ball joint, tie rod end can cause knocks when turning specially when stationary. You can have your car lifted for the mechanic to see what are due for replacing. Good luck
there are two kinds of weathering: chemical weathering attacks the rocks chemically or it had a chemical change, while the other one, physical weathering attacks the rocks physically or the rocks had a physical change.
Whats knocking is the strut mount bearing
