Our well pump shuts off via the circuit breaker every time it rains heavilyWHY??? We will be washing hands or taking a shower and the water slows to a trickle then stopsSo we have to go to the garage and reset the circuit breaker for the well because it has trippedThis only does this when it rains! Driving us nuts because it has to be done multiple times if it continues to rainDo we need to call a plumber or electrician? What is causing this and how to fix it?? Thanks.

As long as the biscuits are in a closed container or bag there shouldn't be anything wrong, just don't leave them exposed to air in the freezer.

Assuming the well pump (head) is covered to keep it dry, you have a short in the line (exposed wire due to insulation coming off) to the well pump that is only activated when water permeates the ground rainingIt could be anywhere in the length of the line and it may be a very small area where the wire is exposed to the elementsYou will have to track it down or have a professional fix itHOWEVER, it may be easier and less costly to install a new, better-insulated electrical line, especially if the existing one is oldKnow where this new line is installed, so you don't damage it and the insulation when gardening or planting bushes or trees.
