It depends on what kind of combatFor basic fists, clubs and swords type melee combat, leather provides better protection and is harder to cut or punctureLeather also stands up to heat betterFire suits often have as much leather as nomex and other high-tech materialsBut rubber insulates better against electricity, and against chemicals, both liquid and gaseousThe best protection using either of these materials would be to use both, in layersThe gloves that linemen wear when they're working on power lines always have at least 3 layers, to give redundant protection against fatal electrical shock.
nicely, i exploit leather-based yet i've got worn the twoi might could reccoment the rubber, via fact some leather-based boots can dig into you once you journey (do no longer ask why, they could in good shape completely and than they harm, i do no longer understand)i might could reccomend the rubberyou additionally can placed your feet like your using once you attempt on the leather-based boots and notice how they senseattempt on the two in case you could and notice how they artwork out for youThats why the leather-based ones must be used!
Yikes TMI!!!! Okay, so I have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome)Is the blood you see when you wipe yourself bright red? Or is it in the actual poop? If it's bright red you probably have a hemoroid on the inside of the anal openingIt is caused by straining and hard stoolsThe hard stool can actually tear some of the anal tissue(skin) and cause rectal bleedingIf it looks bright red on the toilet paper and not in your poop that is in the toilet, then it is what I just described aboveI had that happen to me and I was told to wipe with witch hazel on a cotton ball and apply preparation H to the area(I just had a baby so that straining caused a hemoroid yuck)If your dr said to take fiber he/she probably is going to diagnose you with irritable bowel syndrome as wellthat's usually when they recommend fiber (soluble fiber) The symptoms are stomach pain and cramps that is followed by a bowel movementThe pain and bowel movement (usually diarrhea) usually occur for about an hour and then just seems to go away after lots of pooping! Also, people with irritable bowel syndrome are sensitive to certain foods and it makes the cramps, bloating and pain worseCaffeine, coffee, alcohol, dairy (except yogurt and hard cheese), fried foods and foods high in fat, and red meat can all aggravate it IBS can cause diarrhea and/or constipationSounds like you have the constipation typeMake sure you take the fiber the dr recommended(Mine recommended citrical(sp?) (the orange and white container) it says soluble fiber on it if u get the store brandIt's cheaper and the same thingAlso, drink 8-10 glasses of water per day(About 80 ounces)Also, avoid stressTaking an anti-depressant helped me tremendouslyI don't get stomach pains since taking itThe way your stomach acts has a lot to do with your brain and if you have lots of stress and anxiety in your life it can make for lots of tummy aches!!
