My Accent pieces will be like a rust/ deep red kind of burgundy, gold colors. deep red kinda burgundy pillows, i like the Moroccan colors. Please help with wall color.
Maybe you should paint the walls maroon or a dark shade of red because if you keep your decorations and maybe even cushions in the room maroon the paint will reflect. I would also say that a light shade of brown would look nice too because even if you want to change your sofa later on, brown shades go with lots of other colors. 'hope this helps...=D'

Make sure its a color you like and won't get tired of. Oranges, corals.They are always cheerful colors.
Keep in mind accent items are the easiest things to change. It depends somewhat on the size of your room, the colors of adjacent rooms and how much natural light the room gets. For example, you don't want to paint a small room a dark color and you don't want to paint a room with little natural light a cool color. Some suggestions (all Benjamin Moore): Van Duesen Blue (shouldn't be used in a small room) Decatur Buff (pretty versatile, but a slightly cool color) Buckhorn (a little dark for a small room) Sierra Hills (would probably work anywhere) Maplewood (too dark for a small room) Sterling Silver (cool and would not work with rust, but would work with some burgandies) Butternut brown (not for a small room)
lets see here... dark red dark blue (navy??) dark purple medium purple (looks stranger, but good) dark brown basically dark colors will look good...just not too dark or the room will look too small... definitely no dark cieling lol keep it white or a light cream maybe a darkish gold too....
