Question:

What decides whether or not you drive in icy conditions?

How much ice? How much snow? What temperature? Is there a certain checklist you go through when deciding if it's safe?

Answer:

I miss Sheepshead bay in the summer and 86th street shopping.
You can do it immediately! The hole will not close up or swell at all. Just be careful taking it out so you don't hurt yourself
From the photos, the black hair looks nicest.
I really miss those days / Even though I was born in 1987, when I was a kid, on weekends and weekdays when kids were off and it was hot, there were always open fire hydrants around. As a matter of fact, there is a fire hydrant almost directly in front of the building I live it and poeple on my block would always open it. Now, I rarely see any open fire hydrants in Brooklyn and I am surprised when I do see one that is open. One thing for sure is how different my neighborhood is now compared to when I was a kid. Practically nothing is the same from when I was really young.
No, not really. It kinda sucked when a house two blocks away had a fire
