Question:

What do you call one of those trucks that digs up dirt?

Oh god, this is so stupid, but it's on the tip of my tongue and can't think of the name for it! Not a crane, not a tractor, not a dump truck, but something with a giant quot;clawquot; that digs up dirt from the groundI'm calling it a quot;diggerquot; but I know that's not the name for itPlease put me out of my misery and tell me the name of this thing!!!

Answer:

Just deal with it man, or get your own wifiIts just how things are.
If it is a tractor with a bucket on the front and the digger on the back it is a backhoeIf it is one with a cab that is capable of swiveling with the digger it is an excavatorExcavators are usually tracked vehicles but some do have tires Good luck and enjoy!
