i strapped pallets before but i dont know how to say this as my skill when i apply for a job i ussualy call my self a strapper but it doesnt sound profesional please help
After restoring power to the downed power plant, go to... Fuchsia? (Or whatever town I am thinking of that has the Radio Tower.) From there go in and grab yourself the keycard for allowing you to receive radio signals down in Kanto. From there go to the location of the Diglette Cave (A Snorlax is blocking the way.)... Use the radio and play the pokeflute channel to wake him. Capture/Defeat it to get it to disappear and then you can enter the cave. This cave connects all the way to the city north of pallet town for which you can simply go south to reach there. (Sorry my answer is a bit lacking details.. Late at night and can't think of the exact locations xD)
