Do you think the brass at NBC, consciously or not, is using Ann Curry as a scapegoat for their failure to maintain the Today Show as the No. 1 morning program in America? Do you think that the Today Show's rating will get worse rather than better with Ann's departure? As for Ann, do you think she'll blossom as a true journalist and show the prejudiced big shots she'll have the last laugh?
Here in Australia we don't have fire hydrants, but there is an ad on TV based on dogs p_ssing on a car that is fire hydrant red. They should sack that ad agency.
the law is clear you cant be fired for being pregnant, however you can be fired for any infraction any other employee would be fired for being pregnant is not blanket protection, just one no call no show can get you fired, if you feel they are wrong you can file a complaint with the EEOC
