In infants, copper helps red and white blood cell maturation, brain and immune system development, and functions concerning the growth and overall health of the heart. It also is important for the metabolic processes of enzymes that are in direct relation to the brain, and associated neuropath ways, and the develpoment of the heart, arteries, skeletal system, and blood vessels
I know it's good for skin, b/c its in facial cream. But that's all i know.
Copper deficiencies cause hair to lose their color and the body fat to hang loose, which is why many older people, who require more copper in their diets but fail to add more have blue hair and the ladies have boobs in their laps.
