A noisy car around my area had his alarm Shut down by a towing company.
Towing company just does what thieves do, Short it, usually a screwdriver hitting the right spot in the parking/turn signal housing does it. Always ticket for noise (my city, alarm sounding over 5 minutes) before ordering a tow.
Depends on the towing co and what they have for access to a vehicle(s). Can disarm by cables to battery, wire to siren (alarm). If no access can short wiring at connection point. Cut wires to alarm. Noise abatement or nuance laws allow this to be done.
