Question:

what does it mean when you hear a "2 alarm fire" ?

what makes it a 2 alarm fireor even a 3 alarm fire?

Answer:

Head injuries are more associated with boxing gloves for obvious reasons of force x velocity x momentum, but not as likely to break bones. The guy wearing the gloves wll suffer wrist injuries if hes not taped properly. All in all I still say yer better off being whacked by a boxing glove.
Boxing gloves have most padding so it's unlikley that you hurt anyone while doing it as recreational aka outside of the ring. MMA gloves have alot less padding but you are far more mobile with them for instance it's hard to catch a leg with boxing gloves but it's easy with MMA gloves so it's all about mobility the advantage of the MMA once being that you can parry and catch more punches hits etc. However you have far less to block with than with boxing gloves. bare first resambles closely MMA gloves because of the size. But again barefist is the most mobile and hard to whoever you a punching.
it is just making it easier for you to see the light that was already being reflected because there is no light coming through the glass to compete with the light from the reflection.
Boxing gloves: heavy weight, with a significant chance of spraining the wrist due to that weight bending the wrist on a strike. The tape is to reinforce the wrist and hand, and prevent the hand from flopping on a hit. Because of the weight, it absorbs force from both directions, attacker and defender, and requires different striking mechanics to transfer force. The ability to grab unto things is decreased, as there are no fingers. Best used with boxing's power generation methods. MMA gloves: Designed to allow grappling to be used, and prevents knuckle damage or cuts from being hit in stand up striking. Due to lighter weight, strain on the wrist is decreased. Lighter weight also makes the punches faster. Bare fist: the natural body surface to hit with. Does not require setup, preparation, or equipment. Highest ratio of force over surface area, with concurrently higher risk of damage to the attacker's fist when hitting dense surfaces like bone. The best use of power generation techniques in kung fu and ancient martial arts. Whereas kung fu would be the worst to use with boxing gloves or MMA gloves as the gloves absorb the power. More options to knock someone out using electrical knockout from the base of the neck, rather than concussion. Basically it takes more skill using bare fists due to the lack of safety parameters and limitations gloves would cast.
well boxing gloves are the heaviest but least likely to break bones in your hands, mma offer a little protection and with bare fist you will most likely damage your hand (especially if you are punching to the head). Bare fist and mma hurt someone more but you will also hurt yourself
