Answer:

She needs to see a regular doctor, not psychiatrist as you have already tried that. Tell her not to drink water before bed and to go pee before going to bed. She may have something wrong with her pelvic muscles and she can try to kegel exercises to help.
It could be a uti, take her to the doctor. and don't embarrass her, or make her clean it up etc, if it cos of anxiety this could make her worse. it could be very simple to sort out, just don't make too big a deal about it and scare her off talking to you about it, she's probably very embarrassed
15 there is no reason why she can't go to the restroom before bed or get up in the middle or the night to go, my suggestions don't drink anything 2 hours before bed, go to the bathroom before hand, and if that doesn't work go to a doctor she might have
It is important to maintain a sterile 'field' during surgery to reduce the risk of infection through the wound, or surgical site. Just a bit of history; During the American Civil War, I believe it was around 1867, a German scientist discovered that many of the amputations that were being done as a result of infected post surgical wounds could be prevented, simply by the surgeon washing his hands between procedures.
First, get some rubber sheets and large doggie wee wee pads to put under her at night (tape them to an old bottom sheet with duct tape so they don't shift). That's just a short term solution, now. Next, get her to a regular doctor, ASAPnot a shrink, for a complete medical examination. She could be suffering from a physical malady, anything from a mild UTI or kidney infection to something more serious, like a neurological disorder, a brain tumor or multiple sclerosis. Not every cause of bedwetting is psychological or due to something like abuse. Don't screw aroundshe could have a serious, physical medical problem.or simply a minor one. But you will not know unless you take immediate steps to find out. Make that doctor's appointment. Good luck.
