I know how to make a resume, but could you list some experience I should have before making it?
Dittos to what RK recommended. First, learn the difference between preforming and performing before filling out your resume'.

Ideally you should be able to prove that you've progressed from basic classes, through intermediate and to advanced level. You'd also need to have a long list of theatre plays performed as part of a reputable community theatre, in which you've taken leading roles, in the last two or three years, and ideally a number of professionally-made short films and student films as well.
student films, independent films, local theater, commercials, tv, movies. any parts you get other than extra work. either amateur or professional.
