what food additives make you crave more food?
Monosodium Glutamate is the main one I know of, it is added to Chinese food alot and also McDondalds, and other fast food chains. It is a highly addictive substance.
I'm not gonna answer this questions because quite frankly, its not one you need to ask. I will simply say, willpower can conquer everything. Its not too hard to give up any food, if you set your mind upon it. The easiest way to go about this is to cook your own meals, with healthy, fresh ingredients. If you are afraid that there are additives added in processed foods, simply don't eat processed foods. Sorry to be the devil's advocate, but this is always a more psychological issue than physical. Its all about willpower, and at the end of the day, your self-confidence will receive a massive boost if you can avoid things like chocolate, sweets, pastries and sodas.
