What Gym Machinery should I use?

I started going back to the gym Bally's and I road the bikes for about an hour. My legs are killing me but I felt good afterwards mentally. What machines should I use to focus on Weight Pounds.

You should know you can get strong shaped and feel great with no machines!! Now I weight train so I do (I'm 206lbs 6'0) But alot of the times for my hamstrings, quads and buttocks, I just simply take two dumbells start off with about 20lbs and do 15 reps of squats and 5 sets of those! I usually kiss the ground with the dumbbells at around rep 10-15!! Oh my this will feels so goooooddddd!!!! Push ups I do those everyday 100 reps!! I get most of my chest mass from just push ups!! Arm curls and hammer curls is what will make your arms strong and/or tone!!
You could add the elliptical too but keep a good mix so you work different muscles.
