When constipated some people will say to drink more water and some will say to eat more fiberWhich is truly correct? I've been having constipation latelyI do drink a fair amount of water and consume a fair amount of fiber but maybe not enough of one of themWhich one is most important (for healthy bowl movements)? I may be doing something wrong.
