You can sprinkle flax seed on almost anything - just a tablespoon is all you need! You need to grind it up though because whole seeds don't digest well and you won't get the benefits otherwiseA good way to do this - toss em in a coffee grinder! I like to make a fruit/yogurt mix then sprinkle a bit on thator on my cereal in the morning
