Use toothpaste on a soft cloth. Any toothpaste works as long as it's the typical white paste type. Gels don't work. Scrub and buff with the toothpaste. Then rinse well and allow to dry. Toothpaste shines and removes tarnish and oxidation. Hope this helps. -

To polish it more use an old toothbrush with baking soda and brush it untill it shines :) If you want something faster, try a product like ShineBrite. It smells nasty but works really fast!
