Is it like a straightener that doesn‘t damage your hair because of heat? Or is it just another name for a regular straightener.
In general, ceramic plates are the best for all hair types because it handles heat better and lasts longer than the old fashioned aluminum plates which burn hair. Its always good to go with ceramic, but if your hair is frizzy then get a tourmaline ceramic or if your hair is thick and tough to straighten then get a titanium ceramic flat iron. SOme black plates are made from black titanium, just as potentially damaging as regular titanium.still titanium is far better than aluminum plates or any drugstore grade iro, because those even if they say are ceramic, are a lowgrade ceramic
