I want to get an exhaust system installed but I don‘t know what to get. Can anyone help me out?
In terms of balance its similar, in terms leaning/cornering its similar but otherwise no its not like it at all, that being said being able to ride a bicycle is a huge advantage when learning to ride a motorcycle.
Riding a motorcycle is different from riding a bike. In riding a bike, you are going to use the strength of your legs. So, you better enhance your leg strength now. You might, also, probably hurt your arms more than your legs.

It would sound really good if you like a loud rumbling noise and to annoy those around you. I would use a silencer if I were you. Just to keep cops off my $$.
