What is a good tricep workout that will leave my triceps sore?

i have dumbells and a pulley (to do the pulldown)i do not find various workouts effective, i dont feel my triceps targeted

A great, overlooked tricep exercise is narrow-stance pushups. Lay down like you'd do a regular pushup but instead move your hands closer together in front of you until your thumbs touch. The narrower stance targets your triceps instead of your chest and will really work them more than you think. Good luck!
If you have a pulley then use a triceps rope. It's the one with two knobs on it, one for each hand. Pull down a somewhat heavy weight moving slowly then at the bottom of the mover pause and spread out your hands as if you're trying to flair out. It will be hard to get through even 10 reps with as little as 40lbs on the pulley. You will be lit up.
Skull crushers really isolate your triceps so try those.
