I'm not looking to tone my triceps, but i want to build more muscle on them.

Mass in that region requires heavy weight starting with tricep push downs then switch to the rope pull down's with lighter weight.Do one behind the other...dumb bell kick backs with moderate weight. Scull crushers done on a flat bench with a curl bar. Keep elbows in, load as much as you feel comfortable with. End that routine with as many push ups and you can do going slowly. They will be on fire...
Skull crusher. Dips. Overhead extensions. Over head extensions are the best for bulk as they work all three heads of the triceps.
