Imported guide vane adjustment principle and characteristics

Imported guide vane adjustment principle and characteristics

Answer:

When θ> 0 °, the inlet vane will cause the absolute velocity of the airflow inlet to be deflected by the angle θ in the direction of the circumferential velocity, and at the same time, the velocity of the inlet of the air stream will have some effect of throttling. This pre-rotation and throttling will lead to fan performance
When the guide vane mounting angle θ = 0 °, the vane will have no effect on the inlet airflow and the airflow will flow radially into the impeller blades.
The guide vanes can be rotated about their own axis, and the rotation of the blade at each angle means changing the installation angle of a guide vane so that the direction of the airflow entering the fan wheel changes accordingly.
The inlet guide vane adjuster is provided with a set of adjustable guide vanes in the vicinity of the blower inlet of the blower - the inlet vane, which acts to rotate the airflow before entering the impeller, resulting in a twisting speed.
Curve down, so that the operating conditions change, to achieve fan flow regulation.
