What is hydrated lime used for?
Ones green and ones yellow and they taste different.
What is the difference between grapefruit and orange? It is just a slightly different taste...almost indescribable and for some undetectable. While they are both acidic, sour, lemon seems to me more mellow, while lime is brighter and has a bit of a spicy bite to it. Just some recipes can suffer for the absence of it such as ceviche with no lime.
