Question:

what is instrumentation cable ?

what is instrumentation cable ?

Answer:

Hey that's a great idea, but why don't you just wrap the foil around the actual baking rack? It would then be a HUGE cookie sheet! Remember to use oil only if the recipe calls for it, and it doesn't matter if it is shiny side up or notBut I would definitely watch the cooking timeIt will probably be a minute or two shorter because of the direct heatWhat a great idea! I am going to try that myself! :)
Are they homemade cookies? If so, just rub a little bit of shortening or butter on the bottom and SPRINKLE just a tiny bit of flour on topThis will keep the cookies from burningIf the cookies are from a package, they usually don't need the pan to be buttered or anything like thatI would use a few sheets of foil if you don't have a baking pan/sheet.
On the cool pan grease it with room temp butter and put little flourRemove excess flour frm the panAnd vola u have a grease dish ready for ur cookiesinstead of flour u could try to coat the pan with some icing sugarHave Fun
Rub the pan with veggie oil or shorteningButter would burn too fastLower the temp of your oven 25 degrees, make sure the rack is in the center of the oven, and check the cookies a few minutes before they're supposed to be doneKeep checking until done, so they don't burn.
