what is Insulation brick and Fire Bricks?what line of bisiness are they?

Answer:

Insulation bricks are high porosity refractories with low thermal conductivity and high porosity (no less than 45%) used to reduce heat losses and thus to maximize heat conservation within the furnace. Firebrick, also called refractory brick, is a type of non-metal material having high melting points, with properties that make them suitable to act as heat-resisting barriers between high and low temperature zones.
we use all of these products when doing refractory work. any kind of kiln or oven used in manufacturing will have some sort of firebrick material. we repair a lot of glass furnaces and use just about all the materials you listed in some form or other.the carbon plants in our area use alot of these products for their furnaces also.
