It is practically impossible to tell you this. It could only be determined by defining the size (width and length) and height of the pallet. I guess you could fit as many as you want, barring the limits of the planet earth. You could make as close to an earth sized pallet as possible and put as many dollars on it that you could without throwing the earth out of orbit.
