Depends on how high the product is stacked, but if you had a chainfall that is mobile, that might work. Check your local rental companies to find a pallet jack or forklift you can rent. If you have friends at a local store, see if they could borrow one overnight. If the products are in boxes or bags you can manage, put another pallet in the building and move them individually.
The easiest solution would be to rent a forklift or pallet jack (depending on the terrain of the road) from a material handling equipment company to move the pallet of products to your commercial facility across the road. If this is not possible then the only other alternative is to load product from the pallet, piece by piece, to a pickup or trunk of your car and transport it.
