Hi what is pigment?i went on mac cosmetics and they sell all different kinds of stuff called pigment. I want to use it to make lip gloss but is it safe for my lips?please answer soon!
pigment is just color. the color shown or what makes a color. MAC is GREAT!!!!! its a color used to product a color or the actual color itself. either way....pigment means color.
It's like loose eye shadow.. except a more vibrant colour.. you'll get more colour pay off (usually). Pigments are nice - if you're just starting off.. go with Vanilla Pigment, it's uses are endless! And yes, you can use it on your lips.. sometimes I even use blush on my lips with a nice lip gloss.
Yeah its tottaly safe..its just a more intense concentration of color...I love MAC too theyre products are really good...make sure you use a good gloss over the top when you use it for your lips or itll get a little cakey looking.
the pigment on MAC that you were looking at is like loose eyeshadow. it's essentially coloured powder and it can be used for many different things- including in lip-gloss. it is perfectly fine to use on your lips, and using MAC is a good choice, as they have some of the best pigments I've come across.
