Rose Quartz is a love stone. Pure love,true love can and will heal anything.
It's a crystal. A mineral. A rock. It has no metaphysical powers or abilities. The entire crust of the earth is full of such crystals, minerals, gems, etc. If all the properties and powers ascribed to them were true, the whole world would be resonating with healing and positive energy. No one would ever get sick, no one would ever die. It's just a mineral. Quartz does have one power: it can generate a piezoelectric charge. When an initial electric charge is passed through the quartz molecular structure, it bends slightly, creating a friction charge and increasing the electrical total charge. This is why watches are called quartz crystal watches - the battery sends a small charge through the crystal and that charge is increased, powering the watch and making the battery last far longer.
It can be usefull for these things, but I would go to you doctor and ask for something for the twitching and aching. Also try some relaxation techniques to help with your anxiety. Rose quarts is a lovely stone, but it doesn't work for everyone, some other crystals that may be usefull are snowflake obsidion, and sodilite. Also, some other things I find usefull for anxiety are the scent of rosemary, lavender, and bergamot.
