I too can not take iron makes me ill, get it in your food as much as you can or buy spatone from boots it takes a week to kick in but then its great even I could take it xxx good luck
Could do harm to both you and the baby - low iron levels can cause you to hemorrhage after delivery, can inhibit the development of the fetal red blood cells - if you take nothing else you need to at least take your iron!
Is it possible to take them at night before you go to sleep. It is really important to keep your iron levels up. Maybe you could increase the iron you are taking in by diet. Good luck.
