If you are doing the same workout everyday, you really should mix it up because your body will get used to it and you will stop seeing results (you will also get bored). I would suggest mixing the running up with other cardio and doing different kinds of running. Look up fartlek (interval) runningI would suggest incorporating that alongside steady running. I would also mix up the type of leg and ab exercises you are doing. Personally, I like running 3 or 4 times a week. On the other days I'll either do elliptical (on my easy daysyou need easy days to recover and you'll be more effective on your difficult days this way), or I do cardio workouts that use my body weight to tone/build lean muscle. Also, make sure you get enough protein whether you choose animal protein or plant/legume protein. And hydrate yourself well. Those things cannot be stressed enough.
