what is the best insulation for attics?
I'm totally in the same boat as you and one day I even woke up in terrible pain and actually had to have 1/2 my colon removed!!! Yeah, so now I have only half a colon yet I still have problems with constipation! Things that typically work for me: - Flaxseeds Flaxseed Oil - Fish Oil Olive Oil - Peppermint Tea - Chamomile Tea - Pyllisum Husks - Magnesium Oxide - Vitamin C - ToFu - Coffee (this doesn't work for me, but a lot of people say coffee gives them the shis)I hope you feel better because I know how terrible it feels!!!!

In my opinion it is fiberglass battsThat stuff that is made from recycled newspapers loses effectiveness after yearsAnd, some studies have shown it promotes mold growth.
