Okay so I really want a pallet of shadows because I'm a make-up queen. I like wearing those pretty vibrant colors on my eyes. So I ask my friends and they're like 'Oh! You should try Urban Decayquot; and at first I was like what the hell is that? So I searched it up and I realized that they have some pretty pallets and colors. What I really admired was the book of shadows 4. I don't know if that's the best one out. If it's not what is the best one out? Thank youu(:P.s. If you have any other ideas for like eye-shadow and where I can find some just comment them and I'll look it up. I'm not really looking for any specific brand. Just pretty vibrant colors.Thank you(:
