No, clothes do not make the man. But employers DO have the right to set and establish dress codes and proper work attire for their employees, and they DO have the right to fire anyone who refuses to comply with their policies (provided that they are not offensive or discriminatory). I once had a part-time seasonal job working at a large retail chain, and we all had to wear the same uniform. It had nothing to do with safety, it had everything to do with identification so that customers could easily find you if they needed help. And if I had refused to wear it for whatever reason, I would have been fired and I would have had no legal recourse.
The dreaming part is your mind making sense of what is happening. It isn't the dream that is causing the problem. The problem could be a bladder infection, this isn;t anything too serious but you should go and see a doctor. Generally it is treated with antibiotics and will clear up within a few days. Good luck
