It really depends on why you want it divided. I'm going to assume it's for some sort of repair. I would use 6MIL plastic sheeting. It's strong enough to hang for a great distance and much tougher to penetrate, by accident, than thinner MIL sheeting. You can find it in various lengths and widths at Home Depot or Lowes. Be sure to get enough so that it covers the distances from floor to ceiling and wall to wall. If you need to have an entry/exit in it for access, be sure to overlap by approximately three feet, at least two feet. Hope this helps.
