I have had back pain as long as i rememberAnD iM 12!!! My lower and upper back hurt the most along with my neckMy friend used to have chyropracting to help with migrains and her mom had it for back painBut when i asked my parents about it they said i didnt need itAnd you cant change their mindsSo is there and way to make it stop( without meds would be bestAnd my mattress us only 2 tears old and looks and feels new) plez help!!!!
