Hc sofas buy/sell for 3 credits now. Sometimes throught the day you'll see a room saying there selling Hc sofas for 2 credits, but the people are obviously trying to get quick cash. It might take a long time to sell them for 3 credits although thats what they are worth, so try doing 2 hc sofas for 5c. If you just can't sell any, you'll have to go for 2c each.
