What is the diffence between high lights and low lights?
low lights are dark. highlights are light. in perspective to your hair color
high lights are going lighter like if you have black hair and you put brown streaks in it or if you have blonde hair and you put platnum streaks in it .. Its when you you go lighter low lights are when you go darkerr with streaks likeeeee if you have brown hair and you put black streaks in it or you have blonde hair and you put drty blonde streaks in it !... People also consider a lowlight when your under hair is darker... I actualllly hate that damn two tonned hair lol ..
high lights is a brighter color and low lights are a darker color
highlights are lighter than your base color whereas lowlights are a darker shade than your base color.
highlights= light color low lights= dark color
