i need to know which is better for my skateboard
some people swear by lower abecs are better but in my person opinon the higher the better
I used to roller skate when I was younger and I had abec 1 bearings which were very good at the time but I heard that the higher abec bearings were better but I'm only about 70% sure about that. If your comparing abec 5's against abec 7's they probably don't even make abec 1's anymore so I'm guessing that 7's are better
