What are some simialarities and differences? I wanted to know because I was hoping to take a class on one and maybe know which one would be perferred (as in, which is better or more defensive; that works better or is more fun.[Which is an opinion.]) But thanks if you answered- very helpful.

As a nutritionist I would be very concerned with that concoction of supplementsI use remedies with my patients but the correct path is to only prescribe remedies to correct causes of dis-ease in the body - then we move towards correcting diet - read some of the blogs on the source belowJust because remedies are classed as healthy there must be some caution about what and how many are taken without the help of a registered nutritionist.
