ya there is something wrong because i also have hot water heat but there is no water condensation i would get a heating and cooling expert in there to look at your system
i've tried many products, and to be honest i've gotten the best results with taking unscented bar soap, rubbing it on my CD, and then wiping the soap off in circular motions.(with of course a tissue or cloth that won't cause more scratches.) the soap fills in the scratches, thus creating no more skipping!)
D M knows what he is talking about, even if thats not your problem, I am going to give credit to the guy for thinking, right on. Alll I wanted to say is you can get a high efficiency air conditioner with a variable speed blower for dehumidification, and they are made to do that, but I really think there is more to the story here. How cold is it there? Have you had alot of rain?
