I doubt he/she is even going to notice it at all. I've never kissed a girl who has stuck her tongue all the way in and licked the roof of my mouth, which is pretty much the only way she is going to feel that it's there. Even if you have bands and crowns on your teeth to secure the device, very few people tongue the teeth when they kiss either. You're not going to have a problem.
