Question:

What is the Function of Inductor Coil?

Any idea please. Thanks

Answer:

An inductor is a passive two-terminal electrical component which resists changes in electric current passing through it. It stores its energy in the form of magnetic energy, as opposed to a capacitor which store energy in the form of electrical energy. When current through an inductor is increased or decreased, the inductor resists the change by producing a voltage between its leads in opposing polarity to the change. This resistance increases as the frequency of AC current increases. If you have any further queries, please feel free to PM me.
