What is the installation method of a vibrating screen?
Adjust the angle between the eccentric blocks of the vibrator, adjust the exciting force, thus adjust the amplitude of the screening machine.
All parts of the screen machine should be firmly connected. All bolts should be tightened before starting.
After installation, check and adjust the levels of spring, the position of supporting force uniform, the motor axis should be below the axis of the vibrator 3-5mm, symmetric point supporting spring should be level high (error less than 3mm).
Before the installation, should refer to the installation drawing of concrete foundation, embedded anchor bolts or embedded steel plate flatness error less than 3mm.
