What is the state of a multimeter measuring the resistance value of a capacitor to 0?
The normal capacitor, if the capacitance is small, is measured by a multimeter resistor. Because the charging time is very short and the charging process is not visible, the direct resistance is infinite;
The capacitor is internally short circuited (possibly due to a breakdown in use) and is no longer available.
Large capacitor ohm file measurement can be seen when there is a resistance value of the charging process from small to large until infinite, the capacitance meter is the resistance which the process time is longer.
