D4 in 16D4 is not a D4 in tolerance coordination, and there seems to be no tolerance table for this accuracy at present.
16D4 is the old standard basic shaft system with the hole, relative to the new national standard for H8 H9 (between H8 and H9 between the tolerances). I hope I can help you.
